There is a great deal of discussion around the need for innovation.  Do you feel empowered to demonstrate innovation in process, product, or ideas in your company?  If so, how is your effort encouraged and rewarded?

I do feel that I am encouraged to bring new ideas to the table. I am rewarded just by the fact that people do listen to see if the idea has any merit. What I have realized is if you want people to hear your idea then you must come to the table having done proper preparation.

You know you can watch TV and realized this is so true . INNOVATION.If you are not innovated today. You will fall by the wayside like the auto industry. Our business is the same. You don't want to be as good as your competition . You have to be better .I was in Outside Sales for some years. The GM drilled something in our heads . Whether you think you can or think you can't your right. We are obligated to bring new ideas to the table.Your idea may get someone else thinking. We all look at thinks differently. That is what makes ideas work. Tunnel vision has doomed alot of companies.
